Garner is like 7ft, I don't know but I always mentally associate the taller pacers to have more pace, they just look daster because of the bounce imoWhy?
I never saw Garner play. Darren Gough was quite fast. I liked his bowling action
Maybe after a certain height bowling too fast can put strain on the body. How fast was that 7 feet pacer from Pakistan? I I forgot his name.Garner is like 7ft, I don't know but I always mentally associate the taller pacers to have more pace, they just look daster because of the bounce imo
Most of the pics are like this, where he hasn't landed yet.

I mean, thats like if you had a photo of Shaq jumping and Curry bent over.
Nah I was talking about braced front leg while releasing the ball, so this photo doesn't help.
Wasim was amazing at conventional swing too.purely conventional swing is probably Jimmy while pace and reverse swing is Akram. Better bowler is obviously Akram.
Why there is no vedio of his great swing bowling on YouTube? Test cricket?Wasim was amazing at conventional swing too.
A lot of Rob's videos got removed from Youtube so we don't see a lot of great cricket videos on there. Why there is no vedio of his great swing bowling on YouTube? Test cricket?
Sweet summer childNever knew Anderson was also trying the dye job back then.
In Early 1980s he was 150+. There is one clip where Kepler Wessles' of stump is uprooted and he is still completing the bat swing for a forward defense. Now Wessles was brought up against pretty fast stuff in South Africa and then Australia.I'd guess He touched 145+ quite a few times.
