I actually wonder if she's genuinely just frozen mentally there. It wasn't like she was making bad decisions, more that she wasn't making any at all.Geeeeeez someone needs to have a stern word to Jones about... all of that. Genuinely as poorly thought through an innings as you're ever likely to see
For real though Aus are so very much there for the taking but there must be some bizarre psychological hold they have over sides still which makes them freeze when the opportunity presents itself because there's no ****ing way England should have ****ed that up that badly. It's happened to India a few times too so it must be mental. There it is. Played like a busted but still miles too good.
Yeah, but she dug that hole for herself by batting so negatively before. Should never have let it get to that stageI actually wonder if she's genuinely just frozen mentally there. It wasn't like she was making bad decisions, more that she wasn't making any at all.
Her decision to deny the single on waiting for the no ball call before was excellent tbh. Definitely a case of brainfreeze though.I actually wonder if she's genuinely just frozen mentally there. It wasn't like she was making bad decisions, more that she wasn't making any at all.
It's almost as if she'd gotten into the habit of denying singles though and just did it reflexivelyHer decision to deny the single on waiting for the no ball call before was excellent tbh. Definitely a case of brainfreeze though.
Like I said earlierMoney is not everything. They are mentally very strong. I have lost count of number of games of IND-AUS in last 5-6 years when it felt that we would beat them only to see us lose another game. This Team is very very difficult to beat .
More like Aus gave them hope, and a rake, and England decided to step on that rake Sideshow Bob style again and againLike I said earlier
This Team just gives you hope and then crushes you later .
