I rate Chanderpaul a lot higher than most on this forum I suspect. Loved how he batted. Don’t think he was particularly selfish considering the teams he was playing in and he scored runs against good attacks in all conditions.

If you have a lower cutoff it’s definitely Voges but for 5000 +, I’ve never rated Hayden that highly. Just a slightly better Warner.

I would respect Chanderpaul more if he average higher while batting slow.If he played like 50-55 SR like most players he wouldn't ave 50

Kumble also has an important record that is 10 wickets.But off course it is not equal to Lara 400
Lara’s 400* or Laker’s 19 wickets are fantastic feats but involves being brilliant on one day.

Sachin Tendulkar or Muttiah Muralitharan have some important records that involve being good for many years and that’s a bigger deal in my opinion.
