It's certain that there are people who can naturally can bowl 130 kmph without any training. And if you are bowling at that speed, you're gonna eventually figure out swing bowling. Swinging the ball isn't among the hardest things to do, controlling it definitely is though.

And yeah, Bart King is often credited for it, though it's not impossible if others did infact swing the ball.

I know George Freeman and Jack Jackson used to swung the ball. George Hirst creating swing is bullshit. Dude was the 18th century version of Graeme Hicke and King is the 18th century version of Ryan ten Doescharte.
