People in Twitter rate him so high that he is most overrated but cricket forum do rate him high but in a modest margin
the average person sees Kohli as some generational Batsmen he isn't, he's just...there to me, same class as Peter May and Sir Frank Worrell to me.

I mean he is the greatest t20 batter, definitely in top 3 in odi along with viv and sachin but has fallen in test like no other... his downfall is one of a kind

In T20 as a whole or just T20i?
If all T20's, then no please. De Villiers and Gayle are better.

Virat Kohli
First 81 Tests : Avg of 55.1 & 26 centuries
Next 40 Tests : Avg of 32 & 4 centuries
even at the end of 2015 Kohli was averaging 44 odd, he was very decent but nothing special, in 2016-19 he went god mode and averaged 67 and then again dropped back to averaging 30 odd in 2020, batting equivalent of Mitchell Johnson.
