**Official** England in New Zealand 28 Nov-18 Dec 2024 - 3 Tests

International Coach
Maybe aussie of 5 years ago, but I don't reckon he stands a snowflake's chance in hell v Haze and Cummins in the kookaduke era.
I feel weird to be defending crawley rn but he can do one thing really well which is whack 140kph short of a length bowling on the up. He looks so bad doing anything else that it's easy to forget that

RMBolton

U19 Debutant
At least McMillan took the game off. He is an even less bright crayon, and also gives the impression of trying to be a tough talking wannabe warney.

Then again Richardson more than makes up for his absence. 🤦‍♂️ Bring back Smithy or Bumble.
He's back on White Ferns duty as their batting coach

None of them leave the ball. If you bowl a couple of maidens, they’ll throw their wicket away. Will be fun to watch them against CumHaze on seaming bouncy pitches.

One thing that’s particularly pathetic/annoying about the normal England mantra in these situations of ‘not playing for a draw, give it a go, records are there to be broken’ etc is that if they were serious about it, why not fecking take more seriously the task of keeping the actual target down in the first place?

‘We reckon we can chase 500, but what the hell let’s just muck around in the third innings in the field and give ourselves a target of 650 instead’.

it must be some bollocks about "giving the bowlers some room to breathe" or some-way spun that way.
