iirc you had a thread talking about having Imran or Steyn a while a back as to who would suit an attack better
lol well you were specifically discussing who would help your attack minus Wasim most so… logical conclusion
The literal name of the thread was Imran vs Wasim and Steyn was just added as a third option.

Also think the OP was quite clear.

But yeah, still Wasim, though I do admit it the only slot I'm not a 💯 sold on. The rest is👌🏽

Yeah

Marshall, McGrath, Hadlee
Steyn, (spinners), Ambrose

Imran, Lillee, Donald, Wasim

Arguably
Lindwall, Holding, Garner, Davidson
I have always been confused about Garner. The guy was unplayable and has an almost perfect record but he was a support bowler.

Surprisingly Joel Garner averaged the best and had the lowest strike rate when he opened the bowling.

In the eleven occasions the Big Bird opened the bowling when the mighty Marshall was also there, he took more wickets than his teammate on six occasions.

He also took most of his fifers then. Evidence that he would have thrived as a new ball bowler.
