*Official* Bangladesh in the West Indies, NOV 22 to DEC 19- 2024

I would like to think this happened because Windies are a serious team again. Sherfane Rutherford developing the way he has is a huge boon for them.

Some other good players in this team as well. Tbh, I'm not actually sure how they got so ****.

I ended up having this chase on in the background on my ipad as it looked an intriguing game, and so it proved. Great knock from Jangoo, looks a serious player. I see that only Des Haynes had previously made a ton on debut in an ODI for the WI, so that's some fine company.

Soaking up too many dot balls in the middle overs held us back. That issue seems to have been resolved, at least for the most part.

We still need to sort our bowling out though. At the moment we are completely reliant on batting to win, hence most of our victories are when chasing.

Fletcher replaces Evin Lewis (who picked up an injury) in the squad.

Excited to see how this curry goat cricket series goes. Should be invested in the youths, instead there are some hard back c0ckroaches still lingering
Johnson Charles and Andre Fletcher making two of the top 4 in 2024......

Doesn't strike me as the most imaginative selection either. This is a pretty weakened batting lineup, perhaps Bangladesh have more of a chance then I initially thought.

You’re right. This format they pay the less attention to. There is no cohesion and planning with this. You are building a team for the ****ing future. Put the youths in there.

One of the reasons I like the ODI setup is that there is no hesitation to blood new players in there. Give the guys experience. Charles and Fletcher belong in the curry goat sportwashing/dumbass leagues.

The continued selection of Charles and Fletcher is the one blot on what I should think has otherwise been a successful tenure for Sammy so far.

Mind you, the cpl franchises don't pick youngsters and give them proper responsibility, apart from Jewel this year. That has to change.

Cpl is more of a business than developmental, but I think it did wonders to KC and his maturity being with the TKR team.

A well oiled machine knows when to let go of **** and bring in new talent
