@thierry henry - can we get an official height reading on Nathan Smith? Obviously not tall, but bowling 135 instead of 130 and hitting a very good length makes him a threat.
I think maybe like 5'11ish, at times I have seen him look a little taller and and times shorter than that. Clearly he's in the "skiddy" category but the way people were talking about him I thought he was a midget. Compared to the guys he's replacing, he's taller than Wagner and at worst just slightly shorter than Boult.

We have to be bowling O'Rourke to Brook here.

Dude does not get behind the line of the ball at all. Just need someone keeping it at his body and on a good length and he will crumble.

Dale Steyn is the benchmark, allegedly only 5'10 though I feel like he has kinda long arms (if that's a thing).

Anyway agree with all the comments that O'Rourke is the best bet against Brook - the extra bounce is what has led to a few of his out-of-control shots, though could still be frustrating when he chances his arm and hooks/pulls 6s anyway.

Would like to see Phillips, or Rachin with two right handers in. Edit: Good, Phillips.

Brook is just staying side on to all the deliveries other than garbage long hops or leg stump half volleys.

I don't understand how they're not seeing this. Just bowl a good length on middle stump or tailing towards it i.e. O'Rourke stock ball.
