When does this slow over rate start being seen as cheating ?

You are not only robbing the public who paid to see the day of a test match , there's some tactical advantage too , you're slowing the game down and since you can ask for a new ball after 80 overs , if you are only getting through 85 overs a day , you have 5 extra overs to use it tomorrow morning with fresh new ball bowlers .

This innings looks a great example of how to stumble your way to a sub-par total in easy batting conditions. With Blundell out of form, Smith new, even 300 looks a way away. Not exactly ruthless from us.

Hard to see that happen and not think slips should be closer, with Woakes bowling 130 and an old ball.

That carries and England are miles on top of the match.

The NZ commentators aren't too bad compared to the Australian commentators where you have to deal with the likes of Hayden, Langer and Warner.

I like the England commentators for this series too with Gower who is good value and Harmison who is a much better commentator than I expected.
Harmison has been pretty good, yeah.

Look there were a lot of good balls you missed in the first 20 overs, you've had a few bad dismissals since, but you are 210-4, it's pretty good for you lot.

Certainly it's not too bad while Williamson is in, I do think 400 is probably par on this wicket though.
