I've heard people say that Webster batting 6 is the best option for Tasmania, but it really isn't the best option for Australia.I’m not taking anyone who bats behind Jake Doran as a serious candidate for the Test team.
But he'll be in within the first 90 minutes, so it won't matter.I've heard people say that Webster batting 6 is the best option for Tasmania, but it really isn't the best option for Australia.
Why is that funny? I've always thought of him as a good #8 (he's 55* now)Bartlett 48*
So funnyBartlett 48*
His coach says his biggest strength is timing - right age, everyone injured, remembers how to bat at a time when test team collapses, etcWhy is that funny? I've always thought of him as a good #8 (he's 55* now)
Very irritating that we can never seem to get more than one good season in a row from a potentially promising player. The regression of Oliver Davies continues apace.
This one doesn't really surprise me and frankly I think a patch of leaner returns might be good for him in the long run. He needs to learn that he can't just bat however he likes, when his form dips a bit he needs to be more thoughtful about his shot selection. He still looks plenty talented but his dismissals this summer have been rank awful.Very irritating that we can never seem get more than one good season in a row from a potentially promising player.
Kind of surprised it took the Vics as long as it did to drop Chandraisngha. He looked terrible the few times I saw him this year.Kellaway has looked really quite good so far this innings from what I have seen, played a few more shots than usual but hasn't been reckless about it
Yeah he was struggling, still doesn't have the scoring options for this level honestlyKind of surprised it took the Vics as long as it did to drop Chandraisngha. He looked terrible the few times I saw him this year.
