A lot of talk about India batting first but there's been very little to suggest that wasn't the right thing to do tbh. This is already looking a lot more docile.

I dunno whether these guys are jingoistic or asked to be cheerleaders, but surely Skull doesn't buy into that comparison.

Would have made a lot more sense (while still a bit of a stretch) if he had have used someone like Davies as an example. Someone, who while sometimes prone to playing one shot too many, has actually had something resembling genuine success with those methods.

But JFM, yeah not even close
