I would think that for most folks, in and out of CW, Garner will struggle to make the top 10.

Garner has much nicer spread than Lillee, who basically had the gist of his work in Australia, England and New Zealand. His record in Australia against Pakistan didn't really cut it as special to me.

It's like my good friend Subz explained there are players who are better but not necessary greater than other. Garner is probably a better bowler than a few on the list but he's not greater.
