I agree. I have Kallis in top 20 too. But the inability to be dominant as a no.4 means I won't call him an ATG.

No, because I watched them both and Punter was in my opinion better.

Don't be disingenuous when you yourself have already acknowledged the defect in Kallis playing style.

The article specifically addresses the fact that at the time Kallis was not being perceived to be in the group of top bats.

I mean is 31st really high for a 52 averaging bat with 10K+ runs, arguably the GoAT in Asia and has a healthy average in Australia, England, New Zealand, etc.? I think if anything it's on the lower side of things.

think Harvey's better tbh

my problem with Younis always has been his awkward vulnerability against true pace, other than flashes of brilliance I don't think he did constantly well in any of SENAW bar England, his Australia average specifically iirc is built entirely on a big inning on a proper flat track, otherwise he was pretty medicore in Australia.
