Sajid is an awesome cricketer. Hard to believe he wasn't playing ahead of Abrar, although I suppose his record thus far hadn't demanded selection.

No joke but I'm increasingly feeling that "we need to protect Babar's average" was a large part of this. It's abundantly clear that they do, in fact, know how to prepare a turning pitch, so clearly the decision not to was a conscious choice by someone.

Get the batsman out here too. We fine Somerset for turners and magically expect our cricketers to be able to play spin.

Im not really going to chastise them for their second innings performances in both tests, game was already lost.

They needed to apply themselves better in both first innings, they collapsed from a position of strength. That's the unacceptable part.

It's a regret Nouman didn't get to play enough tests. Hopefully Sajid can get a valid career.

If they do bring Babar back, it must be at the expense of Saim Ayub. Move Masood to opener and Babar can bat 3. Ayub isn't there yet
