International Regular
Rabada – 2.2 WPM (35 avg with 71.7SR)
Cummins – 2.81 WPM (29.8 avg with 63 SR)
Anderson (post 2010) – 2.96 WPM (24.8 avg with 60.7 SR)

include full careers and Anderson's WPM is still ~ Cummins
Fair enough, I stand corrected. Expected for Rabada maybe but surprising for Cummins.

Anderson has better WPM by a bit and significantly superior average and even better SR, so like, it's safe for me to say Jimmy was much superior in that condition.

Yes it is. It's not my responsibility to go out of my way to learn about third raters. If they want to be taken seriously it is incumbent on them to make me take notice.
Actually, that makes a lot of sense. Thanks for bothering to correct my views☺

Pollock easily beat Anderson and Pollock vs Rabada was pretty close, but this one is so one sided. I wonder how. With 300+ test wkts to his belt now and him continuously improving his record in Asia, I am now having Rabada over Anderson

Rabada’s WPM: 4.68

Anderson’s WPM: 3.74

I prefer Rabada too

Rabada is sharing wickets with nothing bowlers (par Vernon till like 2018) at home so ofcourse he has a high WPM.

Tho I know what this argument is fueled by.
Wow Morkel, Philander, Steyn, Jansen, Nortje, Ngidi, Maharaj are nothing bowlers

Rabada actually arguably has more competition for wickets

Philander was terrible in his last two years, Morkel retired two years into Rabada's career, Steyn retired few years into Rabada's career as well, Jansen played 13 tests...Nortje and Ngidi have lower WPMs and matches.

lame argument tbh, you need a better excuse than WPM for Rabada>Anderson.
