Nothing wrong with spinning pitch , West Indies have good spinners themselves, you play to your strengths
Um you could argue for mirpur sher-e-bangla stadium with the same logic, where we defeated AUS and NZ in both 5 match series in 2021. And the best part is that, the two team mentioned played in the 2021 T20 WC final, where BD were back to home after being knocked out from the group stage. Think SL should should be courageous enough to prepare a proper sporting wicket.

Meh, you set up your home environment to suit your team. All teams do this so I don't see the need for drama.

Everybody doing it won't justify it.
The letter of the law does not appear to suggest that a home side is forbidden from tailoring the pitch unless umpires deem it unfit for play. It's an abstract ideal like the spirit of cricket.

2.7. 1 It is solely for the umpires together to decide whether either conditions of ground, weather or light or exceptional circumstances mean that it would be dangerous or unreasonable for play to take place. Conditions shall not be regarded as either dangerous or unreasonable merely because they are not ideal.

1.One team scored 160+ , the other team scored 89 .It was a night game and both teams batted under lights , WI just weren't good enough on the day. Batsmen in our side were able to play out Motie and Chase without losing wickets while WI couldn't handle our spinners. It's not our fault their best players of spin like Pooran and Hetmyer weren't there.

2.Dont let other team fans brainwash you into believing your strengths don't matter, it is a skill to play on turning pitches , besides we've won all ICC white ball tournaments with the exact same formula the only difference is we had better players , of course some people only believe pitches that suit their strength matter we cant change this, you come to SL it's going to spin, deal with it.

3.The next world cup will be co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka , everyone knows what wickets will be there so it is actually great preparation

4.West Indies have regions where wickets favour spin exactly like this, we saw it at the T20 WC so it's not like WI players aren't exposed to these types of pitches.

Our captain can’t play spin. That speaks volumes. Also, we aren’t a single country…our best player in this match was a bowler from Berbice, Guyana. The cracks in our current setup of players and their own cricketing boards plays a part as well. We are not as atrocious as a Pakistan or a Bangladesh, and even SL but what they have is the unity and cohesiveness of a single centralized system that makes the decision. With the Windies it’s more complicated because of the different cricket boards from the countries and (Windwards and Leewards).

There is more space for it to fracture.

All the very reason WI should be disbanded with Guayana and Barbados having their own teams and lesser islands could have a combined team. That would do wonders for cricket in Guayana, who are in the brink of getting insanely rich as a country.

I just hope that this series is a bit like Akila’s hattrick

This is an insane take

Thanos is the only man who could have said something like this,

This is one issue I have seen with West Indians. Other than for Lara and few commentators they have no respect - actually disrespectful - for Sri Lankan cricket. We have produced players who could just walk in to the greatest WI team in a heart beat. Even our greatest rivals Australia has lot more respect for SL cricket. The level is very much similar to that of Bangladesh.

Thanos is not the skipper and mouthpiece of our team bro. He is inevitable.
