Official Pickleball Thread #Sports_for_Lames?

Well, I recently saw a trend in this brand new sport i.e. Pickleball which I hope many of you have heard of! Well apparently, pickleball is nothing new just a recreated version of Tennis. It is just fellas who don't want to put much effort into smashing the Tennis ball can go for Pickleball. And the excuse is all the same, you know! "It is more of a fun game or recreational activity."
Well, the sports community out there, please convince me if you have any sort of convincing abilities that this is not a sport for lame and that it can actually be a good one. I invite anyone!

Also is this guy actually flogging padel courts? I don't know enough about the two sports to tell the difference.
I think Padel is a combo of tennis and squash in that you have an enclosed space with walls to play off. Michael Vaughan seems to be very keen on it!! It seems to be growing rapidly, especially in the older fraternity. I know a couple of guys from the golf club who play, one dislocated his thumb on a wall last week.

Good question! Nope, this is definitely pickleball—different court setup, rules, and equipment from padel. Pickleball courts are usually smaller, and the gameplay focuses on volleying close to the net. Padel is more like tennis, played in an enclosed court with walls for rebound shots.
