Good pooran must play test hope to see him when west indies tour india next year
I know that there is a lot of optimism regarding this, but the dude is living a lavish lifestyle and his bread is already buttered playing in the multitude of leagues in the world.

I don’t think he will ever play test cricket.

Now, Jewel Andrew…

Yeah, as much as it would bring a lift to the side, Pooran is already picking and choosing when to be available for white-ball cricket as it is.

Selectors picking the right players instead of their favourites is as much the problem.

And Tage with a man of the match performance with a fifty. He's warming up nicely for the Super50 after his century in the first match on the inter-county tournament

Berbice is struggling big time in this tournament as most of our players are in Sri Lanka: Motie, Shepherd, Shamar.

Hetmyer, a Berbician, is not playing in this tournament.

Good to see new faces in here with some of the top players on duty for West Indies.

Ashmead Nedd deserves this spot as he is one of the best young players in the region. Isai Thorne continues to get exposure at such a young age. The batting is one that is suited for the red ball game than the white ball, so it will be very interesting to see how the fare against the other teams in this competition.

Richie Looknauth will be disappointed that he didn't make the main squad. He is a really good player.

TT Red Force squad for SUPER50:

Joshua Da Silva (captain), Khary Pierre (vice-captain), Amir Jangoo, Jason Mohammed, Jyd Goolie, Tion Webster, Bryan Charles, Kjorn Ottley, Isaiah Rajah, Terrance Hinds, Anderson Phillip, Yannic Cariah, Mark Deyal, Joshua James

Jason Mohammed still getting picked lol

Jamaica Scorpions squad:

John Campbell (captain), Kirk McKenzie (vice-captain), Odane McCatty, Carlos Brown, Jermaine Blackwood, Javelle Glenn, Romaine Morris (wicketkeeper), Brad Barnes, Odean Smith, Jeavor Royal, Tamarie Redwood,

Ojay Shields, Gordon Bryan, Marquino Mindley

Reserves

Jordan Johnson, Peat Salmon, Daniel Beckford (wicketkeeper), Andre A. McCarthy

+++

John Campbell has returned and is captaining the team. There are several new players. The exclusion of Andre McCarthy from the main squad is quite puzzling.
