Naah, lots of bad seamers don't do as well.
Ind itself had a problem earlier where they could not capitalize on green wickets.
In the first match itself Shardul/Prasidh could not capitalize on Siraj/Bumrah's burst.
Umesh another who didn't bowl well on helpful pitches.
Mukesh can be used like Bhuvi.

Billion people don't play cricket. Talent pool is bigger but it is region centric & I am sure Indian HDI indicates that cricket is still pretty much a luxury sport played by few.
North East, North West & Eastern India don't think produce many players nor they have good infrastructure to play cricket.
As Indian HDI improves people will further move away from cricket to other sports.

Vaibhav Arora is younger taller & twice the swing bowler Mukesh is.
Mukesh is more of a short seam bowler. Wish he was 5-6,ks quicker. He would be real handful.
