Ashmini Munisar, former under-19 skipper for WI, is also from my high school.

Anyways, our girls are doing kinda okay so far against India. We have them 113/6 in the 18th

Also, @mods-- sticky the thread please ;)

Pretty comfortable for India in the end it seems.

NZ's bowlers got a confidence boost but the questions over the black ferns don't seem to be about whether their batters can score at 6.5 an over with no pressure.

Yeah, certainly no reason for NZ fans to get too carried away, but a win is a win, even if it's only a warm-up! We haven't had many of those lately.

A comfortable win for Aus over Eng in what might yet turn out to be the Final. A 50 from Mooney proving to be the big difference between the two sides, although England were going well at 89-2 before losing their last 8 wickets for 40 runs!!

It seems like they have kinda planned on Dean/Ecclestone/Glenn strangling 12 overs and that might work against most teams but I doubt it's enough to win the whole thing

I think it would've worked in Bangladesh, but in the UAE there's definitely more help for the seamers (as Bell showed in that warm up). It was bizarre that they didn't consider changing their squad when the location changed. Cross really should be in there.

More warm ups today, Eng v NZ, Aus v WI, Ind v SA.

They're probably not playing on the same stadiums and pitches so it's hard to draw that much out of it but the warmups keep pointing towards Big-3.

AUS has a pretty stacked batting line anyway but Wareham now bats top three?
She didn’t against England (Perry did). As an idea of strength, Lichfield (who looks best suited to 3) probably won’t play.

Will probably need a spectacular individual performance for the Aussies to be beaten, but there are players out there who could do it.

Got a feeling this opener might well be the sign of things to come. Bang look like comfortably defending their somewhat meagre 119 against the Scots.

The Scottish completely unable to score more than a single it seems.
