They already dock match fees as well as reduce points in the pointless WTC table.

Players still do it. As I've said a lot now if you gave the batting side 5/10 runs per over not bowled.

You'd guarantee 90 overs bowled every day I reckon even within the actual scheduled sessions of play.

Most sides end up getting extra time to bowl there overs currently and still don't manage it
