I'm trying to figure out how SF is able to pay everyone, there will have to be some cuts next year to pay Purdy.

League draft last night. We've changed to a 2xQB league this year, which changes the dynamic slightly.

Fantasy NFL predicting me a 6-9 record but I love how terrible those predictions are.

Rodger’s return resulted in a loss for the NY Jets. Didn’t watch the game, so I am not sure if he’s out of it or that the OL is ****

SF is one of the best teams in the league. Becuse of what Purdy will get paid next year, this may be the last year of this Superbowl window, so they will be a threat.

Still unclear. They went in with a very run-heavy game plan and the 9ers had a ridiculously high time-of-possession, so he barely threw the ball at all. He looks OK, passing was fine but seems to have lost some mobility.

Yep, absolutely agreed with you here.

With a QB like Rodgers, you'd expect the gameplan would be to give him the passing weapons. As usual, it's classics Jets.

How bout them Cowboys?
We got slaughtered last year because, couldn't stop the run.

Jerry took the entire off season to resign Dak and Lamb, hamstringing the team's ability to pursue free agents.

The team has 3 good players and improved nowhere. That defence is horrible and if you can't stop the run you can't win.

The interceptions also hurt them bad.

Good to see the Packers winning with Willis at the helm. Thought he performed pretty well overall in the circumstances. The defence stepped up, though still weak against the run.

Early temperature check, Saints would top the power rankings after week 2?

I personally love what the Shrouds (Texans) are doing.

The have a little bit of everything, J. k Dobbins looks good as a Charger as well.
