I still remember listening on the radio from more than 20 years ago when Shiv hit the 4 4s off the last 4 balls of the 50th over (bowled by Daryl Tuffey) to beat us in an ODI.
I just checked this match on Cricinfo. What makes Shiv's effort even more special is this -
48.2 - 18 needed of 10 balls - "Chanderpaul returns, having returned from hospital after his earlier blow suffered from the bowling of Bond"

I also remember him smacking Chaminda Vaas for a 4 and a 6 in 2008 when 10 runs were required of final 2 balls.

A real ice cool character.

I'll go KP, because I think this is very close. They are very, very different batsmen, and both a bit underrated in CW.

KP more the type of match-changer, but I do think Chanderpaul had a consistency that is somewhat underrated.
