Not seen much of the Sri Lanka attack but do they have decent spin options ?

could be well in play on this pitch

I think all the heartwarming encouraging pluckiness of the situation has now worn off and it's time to take a couple of tailend wickets now

Just wondering re the light , would it be possible to install really high powered floodlights to consign the walking off in situations like this to the past

Because there is rain forecast for the next few days and they probably believe their spinners are good enough to bowl out the Sri Lankan tail under 300
If you bowl the seamers you might've got them out for less than 220 and you save yourself a lot more time (as well as handing the advantage to SL).

Pope needs to say he's bowling a seamer now and if the umpires don't like it, go off and come back tomorrow. The two bats have to start again then too.

And if they do bowl them out, are SL going to bowl spinners with the new ball???

Decent recovery from 72 for 5

now England get this last one quick please

thought he had connected there but it was like a drive by me on the golf course. Plinked about 40 yards
