This battle is absolutely exhilarating. Kaveem is much better at handling the short ball than his namesake Brad.

Bro Brad Hodge would play 150 tests if he was available for selection in this Windies side ..
These batters just bring pain and suffering to Windies fans and need a reality check , they are mediocre as **** , they will look good in 1 or 2 innings then go missing for the next 10

Even domestically, they don't construct innings consistently enough.

Athanaze is one of the better batsmen and he's already had a few brain fades against international opposition.

This will likely sound like a sook. But umpires calls have done us no favours in this test, both bowling and batting. Feels like SA got the rub of the green. But that happens sometimes. We were saved by rain in the first test.

Still, it seems like that last wicket partnership came back to bite us.

Can't blame the bowlers though, they even batted better than the batsmen did!

If he's gonna do it I think he's better off just taking the bazball approach and being a bit more aggressive. Looked way better when he made 68(50) the other test than stratching around between the odd decent drive.
Bazball is designed for untalented batsmen who can't hang around to try hit as many runs as possible it's a dumb term and stupid ! Australia always have scored 4 even 5 runs an over sometimes in the past by playing normal test cricket no fancy words or t20 nonsense.

Ah well, the better side won. Congrats South Africa. It was a fun test, very evenly matched and good to watch.

We can't hope to win matches like that consistently until we develop some proper batsmen. We have the bowlers. Seales and Shamar are going to be as good as any pace duo out there if they carry on like this.

Great win! ..I would have given the man of the match to Seales for his 9 wickets in the match thought he was the best player ..

It's never easy winning away from home , plenty to improve on but a big learning curve for some of these youngsters , for many it's their first overseas victory so they should enjoy it.
