When my late father was in his final days and generally unresponsive, I found a sound recording if Arlott and two of his peers - Johnstone may have been one - discussing past matches. My father's response was immediate and brought tears to my eyes. Unable to speak, he told me by his eyes, hand movements and grunts how much he valued this reminder of days gone by. I have tried in vain to find that archive, so if anyone remembers it and can provide a link, I would greatly appreciate the gesture.
