Bring back the run box in the corner of our screens.

I’ve been wishing they’d do this for years, nothing better than watching the fielder throw it in and total calamity catching the corner of your eyes as someone ends up halfway down the pitch suddenly turning round in blind panic.

Bring back launch angle of sixes. Super subs. Cricket Max. Martin Crowe. Buttoned down business shirts as playing shirts with gold chains and hairy chests. No diving, only using feet to stop balls near the rope. The Terraces at Eden Park. Yorkers (but unironically).

And tuna/sweetcorn/mayo sandwiches in league cricket in UK, those were epic.

I chose not to bring back life the run box in the corner of our screens. I chose to bring back something else.

There must be some on here who remember the days when they only showed a camera view at one end ie the next over your view was from behind the keeper ?

also bring back people sitting directly behind the bowlers arm like a coconut shy at Headingley
