*Official* Major League Cricket 2024- JULY 05th to 28th

Second year for this tournament. Defending champs, MI NY, spearheaded by Nicholas Pooran will take on the Seattle Orcas in the opening fixture of the tournament.

Gonna be fun as games will be played in the afternoons and nights. A big move from the early morning stuff we've seen recently.

Is it on TV anywhere?

Looks like Prime Video is the only way NZ and Australia can watch this.

That’s better than the US. Think it is Willow here with no traction on the big streaming services.
ESPN seems to have given up on cricket. Not even getting ICC events anymore. Hopefully they still have the Windies and Blackcaps home games as I can’t stand Willow’s coverage. They show the bare minimum of cricket even going to ads on the 5th ball of an over sometimes and the ads themselves are diabolical. CheapOair, naan bread, basmati rice and a snake oil salesman that can tell your future on perpetual repeat.

Interesting that they have city teams but all the games that my city is playing are in Morrisville, which I didn’t even know was a thing, and is the equivalent of a London-based team playing in Damascus and their other games are in Dallas (another 2,000+ miles away). They could just do it by region or team sponsor as there is no local community buy in given how the tournament is run.

MI New York too strong for every other team in this league

They have Seattle Orcas reeling at 58/6 in the 13th over.

Pollard was England’s batting consultant just over a week ago, is into the thick of the game with his dibbly-dabbles.

95 degrees fahrenheit in North Carolina. It's going to be tough for all.

Washington Freedom with Steve Smith as skipper takes on MI NY.

This is something that I like, Smudge is not opening the bowling with Akeal. As we've pointed out in the WC, Rovman using him exclusively in the PP got stale and teams targeted that.

Everyone should have Prime Video anyway. Also gives you free delivery on Amazon products, which are gradually monopolising most industries.

They are evil but hey what else can you do
