Well technically, SA can beat Eng, WI beat SA and all 3 of Eng, SA and WI on 4 points and down to NRR when they beat USA, so ummm, no!

I'd say England would be fairly certain given they only have the US to play, but not sure SA would be given they didn't exactly give USA a thrashing. Assuming WI beat USA, they'd know what they'd need to win by against SA to qualify.
