The Beal one was a bad one - but I think it was the only card they had to play at the time. With the way the trade rules are changing for matching salary and for teams over the cap it was really the last chance to trade for a big contract. From now on it is impossible to do what they did, so it makes sense from that perspective.

Was reading at the time they wanted to just spam offense and hope it gets them across the line as they took two games off us with KD and Book going ham. Beal was hoped to be at that level of impact for them

KD - left Oklahoma title chasing, left Warriors cause he couldn't hack sharing the credit for a title but went on to form flunking "super" teams in Brooklyn and Phoenix. Some toxic traits going on with that guy.

GSW was the perfect setup for him but tbf that Nets team was arguably the greatest offensive juggernaut in history and took the eventual champs to OT in Game 7 with Harden on one leg and Kyrie injured

Only problem is that they only played 17 games together before Kyrie went full crazy and Tsai blew everything up

Anyway, at least we’ve salvaged something from the rubble

Could be KD's toxic trait is making bad career decisions based upon a sensitive ego.

A bit of a blast from the Nets past with Harden and Kyrie tearing it up down the stretch in the Mavs-Clips game last night. An entertaining second half and some outrageous shots. Both teams really flawed although I think the Clippers might be better without Kawhi - simplifies their offence to not have the third ball carrier.
