AIUI theyr back with the Dukes ball in the next round of CC games, correct? Wonder if Anderson
will return for Lancs?
No as mackembhoy already posted. More likely that Saqib Mahmood might. Orginally thought he might miss the first three, but looks to be giving it everything in these videoes:

and the two Flintoffs playing as well. How is C Parkinson in the Lancs XI?

Thanks. MA Jones is doing well....
Unsure how much he's going to play for the first team in red ball this season. Ackermann signing has meant he's the one to miss out in the top 6, with Borthwick moved up to open.

Will lose his opening spot in the Blast too, going to be used as a finisher at 6/7.

Then when it comes to the one day cup, imagine they'll want McKinney opening up with Lees. So he'll probably slot in somewhere else in that side too.

Is the AM Vaughan currently playing for Yorkshire's second XI related to everyone's favourite commentator and non racist former England captain?

Mahmood batting this morning, so not travelled to Essex. Must have needed a rest fom 9 overs the previous day. Not a good sign for his comeback.
But Lavelle, Aspinwall (Lancs) Hogg, De Leede (Dur) called up for 1st XI duties, replaced by Dickinson, Moores (Lancs) Sowter (Dur)
Charlie Parkinson (no relation) but Moores is Peter Moores' nephew, now playing alongside Rocky and Corey and no doubt Joe Chapple will return and join them next week.
Of course Lancashire only pick players on cricketing merit.

Mahmood only given 9 overs so I think he will play another second XI game and then be ready. Can't keep up with everyone's relations.. See also that Stone is playing for Notts 2nd XI, also only 8 overs.

Seriously, Ben Duckett & Ollie Pope among others being "RESTED" for this round of matches.
What is wrong with the game nowdays. ?

Well at least Ollie Robinson is playing, about to bowl to Bancroft in what should be an interesting match up.
