Just a quick Q regarding Uganda & PNG: I know we generally can only pick players from nations with ODI status but, given both have qualified for the T20 WC, are they fair game?

I would prefer to keep to ODI nations only, but PNG are on the list as a legacy. Since there is a PNG player on the books and my spreadsheet caters for them already it is ok to pick from PNG. But I don't want to add an additional team as well to my spreadsheet since the comp ihas been going for 3 mths, so Uganda aren't eligible .
