Hadlee. Tendulkar’s very very marginally ahead in primarily discipline, but his bowling is definitely quite far behind Hadlee’s batting

Hadlee the "better" cricketer insofar as he's probably equally strong in the primary discipline and his batting outweights Tendulkar's bowling.

Value its probably the other way because Tendulkar did it for longer.

But I'd probably put Hadlee third after Bradman and Sobers, and Tendulkar fourth or fifth, so its close.

I have Tendulkar as the better cricketer slightly.

when you're dealing at this level, it really is down to personal preference. There's no objective answer, and no catch call stat that's been developed in cricket (the way "WAR" has in baseball) to provide some numerical basis for the argument.

I agree especially between bowlers and bats.

Man Hobbs’ batting alone beats out Tendulkar’s batting and bowling. Crazy
Hobbs’ international stats alone put himself as second to Bradman. Take his FC achievements and yes he is that good. Plus Tendulkar’s bowling here is as good as a non factor, neutralised by Hobbs’ slip fielding

Hadlee. Tendulkar is better just slightly in his primary skill.

However Hadlee gives a lot of value, being a atg bowler who is a genuine all rounder with the bat.

Hadlee.
