Ashwin's figures don't look as disastrous in Australia as they should because he gets to skip the hard games that don't suit spin - unlike Lyon who plays them all, to his detriment. The fact that Ashwin comes over and doesn't play some games is a tantamount to what a conditions dependant and utterly **** **** he is.
He's a nice bloke and all, but a **** **** who doesn't play when he can't bully.
Dude none of the grounds in Australia now suit spin. Your posts have more spin than anything Australia has seen for a good while now.

what a coward that Ashwin, cant even relinquish Indian citizenship, pick up Australian one and turn out for Australia to outbowl Lyon smh
Don't be silly. No one is asking for that. It is also not Ashwin's fault that he is not selected to play those games. But it is evidence that his own selectors and team think he is too **** to be of any worth in those games. Unlike Lyon who is picked to play in all games here even though we have a **** ton of pacers playing and in form just ready to go.

If that's true then Lyon is alongside Murali and Warne as a top 3 GOAT

And it supports the opposite of what you're trying to argue
truthfully im seeing more Aussie opposition to the belated recognition of Lyon as a great spinner than Indian opposition tbh

if you had actually watched the last 2 BGTs you would have known Ashwin was injured in those matches and not skipped on genius

It being true doesn't make Lyon the 3rd best spinner ever. You'd have to be Subzi-brained to assume that.

The point being made by Victor Ian was that Ashwin skipped the hard games where it didn't spin, when it never really spun in Australia anyway. What's the point in missing games when the conditions didn't really change with regard to spin?

Winning a test series in India is one of the hardest challenges of all time , due mainly to the contribution of Ashwin..Hence he is an all-time great for that reason in my opinion.

Ashwin himself knows he is disposable in SENA. He has come to peace with it.
