Yeah I mean reasonable seam movement would be a few centimetres here and there, not this many balls moving this many inches. And not good to see some balls bouncing twice before the keeper at this stage. Let's hope it flattens out a bit.

P.s. It reminds me of a typical early season NZ club cricket wicket. Which is pretty yucky.

Edit: Although if England play like this it could at least be an exciting shoot out.
