I suppose Moore and Olivier were the most disappointing for SA. Most of the others were earnest triers that didn't lack for effort and made contributions.

de Swardt bowled pretty well and batted reasonably well in the 2nd dig. Enough to suggest he has a bit to him.

Bedingham got the runs, but his two dismissals were a bit weak.

Entire batting lineup was a disappointment twice... Except Bedingham. Bowling was as expected. I truly hope for the next Test these batsmen show something more.

I also think if your strongest format is FC you have to be really really good at it. Especially if you not experiencing SA20 and high level environments regularly like a lot of the other players not here are. It's the way cricket is going now.
