Whatever it takes!!!
No it wasn't, that's just you being as blind as Subshakerz. Needed a pacer here, even if Mukesh hasn't been good so far.
No, you dont. The only weapon here is reverse and conventional swing and he kinda struggles with both coz of his pace. He can definitely play a role overseas or against other sides. But given how light our batting is and how the pitches are, Washy is a faaaaar better pick than Mukesh.

And go easy on the aggro.

Anyways, Rehan and his merry crew of 8-11 to smack their 50s here. :(

I mean he got swing just fine in SA and WI? Just not been bowling well here which happens. You need the pacer for more variety in options to have better control because the spinners aren't giving enough control. Big problem last Test was letting the spinners get milked easily. Washi wouldn't change that.

Crawley's innings is looking even better than I thought, he looked like he was batting on a road but it has turned into a minefield since he got out.

The big problem last test was the wicket was ****ing slow. And Washy still gets more bounce as he bowls with more overspin. It was not for nothing the Indian side asked him to stay back for the BG series as a net bowler to try and simulate how Lyon bowls. And this pitch is nothing like the last one and the second seamer is absolutely useless unless he has pace and can get reverse.

This wicket is still bloody good to bat on tbh. Indian attack (basically Bumrah with a bit of help from Kuldeep) are just asking very different questions from each end. This should be Bumrah done for the next hour or so. Cash in time for the English batsmen now with Kuldeep, Ash and Axar likely to bowl. Maybe Rohit will bring back ****ing Mukesh to bowl 130 nothings short outside off.

Agree to disagree here. Keep up the Gambhiring though, need them all out today.

India's scorecard is a strange one. Jaiswal gets 209, plenty get double figure scores but the second best score was only 34.
