It wont be as bad if some of our batters would ****ing bowl too. We have Jaiswal but Rohit idiotically never gives him the ball. At least have him bowl in the ****ing JAMODIs and JAMT20Is we play all the time and he could have bowled a 4 over spell at least the last game when he kept rotating Jaddu, Axar for no worthwhile reason other than the fact they were 2 right handed batsmen and these two spun the ball away from them. The idiots who thought Rohit was at Dhoni level as a captain coz of his MI success finally tasting it was good though. All the guy knows is bloody matchups and has no plan B unless the backroom staff give him one. :(
Yep he can't think on his feet like dhoni.
But again you can't have dhonis everyday!

Kishan is an idiot. He is overrated anyways. He was in the squad for SA series and pulls out for whatever reason. If he pulled out because he wasn't happy with the management, what was he expecting? He thinks he is kohli and management would come begging to him?
He shot himself in the foot.
If he pulled out for break/mental break that is even worse. He sat out the whole WC and he needed more break?

Plus he is not even playing domestic. This should hopefully be end of him much like Shaw!

He is going to be worthless. He has nothing, just bowls medium pacers like munaf patel.
shut the **** up bc

I think this England regime are correct in how they go about picking spinners. I wonder how many international quality spinners never got a chance in countries like England and SA because they just had poor FC figures due to the nature of the pitches.

Whatever it takes!!!
He reminds me so much of Ali Cook in the field: there was a captain who literally could set a field unless the backroom staff had explicitly told him how to do it beforehand.
Virat at least had ideas, even if more than half of them tended to be bad. Rohit just seems like he has no idea. Surely the alarm bells should have gone off when you saw a captain give up with opposition at 50/3 after 10 chasing 250 in a WC final at home? And it ****ing rubs off on the team so fast too. :(

I used to think Ishant was a terrible batsman. Then we got Shami. Then Bumrah. Then Siraj. I thought Siraj was rock bottom. But now we have Mukesh.

That Prasidh guy bats like a donkey too. It's crazy.
Shami batting 8 at the World Cup was hilarious.

It's funny how the exact opposite seems to be true with most of your spinners as well.

This is weird because it's something you think would improve with more money and broader professionalism in the game. It's kind of just not meant to be acceptable any more than you can rock up to international cricket without knowing which end of the stick to hold any more.
its the result of a hyper competitive environment where you cant afford to work on your secondary skill because someone else zooms past you having worked on their primary skill in the mean time

And Prasidh can't even bowl. If he plays tests again, what a joke.

Someone on Indian team management said "Gill and Shreyas will score runs, eventually"

It'd be nice to have a timeframe on that deliverable so it can be placed on the critical path to execution

I think India were terribly close to getting that 4th wicket but yeah the intensity dropped after that.
