I hate to be a pr!ck...but all those talent we lost through BS from one party, or the other was just a stupid way of shooting themselves in the foot. When we do good, we bring interest to our supporters. It's simple as that. We lost a generation (or two) due to the stupidity.

Invest in the youths. Raise them up right (to love the greatest format of the game). Money can only get you so far...but etching your name into the history books of test cricket trumps that.

(I'm taking a shot at every curry goat player who in one way or the other turned their backs on the pinnacle of our great sport.)

You can't turn up to a drug deal and show the page where your name is in the history book to buy drugs.
