India have been a bit lazy in this test. Batting and fielding. Outstanding from England though.
Yeah like chasing 230 on a dying pitch is always tricky at the best of times, the critical failures came on the previous days. India should never have been in a position to have to chase anything meaningful here.

Seriously what's happened to India's batting. Is it just lack of opportunity to play red-ball cricket? Not sure you can pick just five batsmen when two of them average 30 and 33, and your keeper has no record at all yet... I guess they expected to win a low-scoring shootout by virtue of having much the better spinners (and Bumrah), but it's not turned out that way.

It's looking like there could be two test match upsets on the same day, you can never write India off while Jadeja is still there though.

paying the price for persisting with batsmen in mediocre form for years over blooding in youngsters
