To be real, had Bharat's batting being anything close to Pant, people wouldn't bitch so much. But the bloke is playing in place of much better batsmen (yes, even Kishan); then he should offer some quality keeping.
Yeah Bharat is being picked as a specialist keeper but his keeping sucks. It's dumb. I don't even see why it makes sense to pick him ahead of specialist bat and just make Rahul keep because he's consistently bad.

Bharat is definitely better than KL behind the stumps. I don't think any of the other alternatives are actually better at keeping - we seem to have a generation of batters who keep rather than any pure glovemen.

Insane how we're still relying on Bumrah for the breakthrough despite the spin trio this innings. Pitch has offered enough, Pope just batted really well while Axar and Jadeja have been off.

Bumrah cramping?

How many wickets do England have to take in the second innings to convince themselves they competed in this game and picked the right XI?

new ball early tomorrow will end this innings quickly

150-180 chase

rohit or jaiswal will get 60 in the first 10 overs and it will be a cakewalk
