As in doing really well in cricket, more like progressing (that's why I included non-test playing countries in my list). But it's ok if already established teams are included in the list.

Sri Lanka- they hit all time low maybe

Bangladesh- delivering little as always

West Indies- cricket needs a strong west indies

Zimbabwe- keeps on disappointing

Netherlands- plenty of potential and should be given more chances than just world tournaments
