44 pages??
Look if this was a serious question there is a link to the full 44 point report in the article itself and I've read through it . Go check it out if your really interested , not many are . Mostly politics and the fine line that gets blurred because both is public domain . However also a very reassuring belief regarding our constitution and the freedom allowed to us as South Africans .

Edit " Oh yea and a side note . 44 points not 44 pages as dictated in the article its only 19 and a half pages long so not a long read .

It was a comment on the pointlessness of the whole matter. Given how the Daily Maverick managed to summarise the findings, 44 pages seemed like overkill. That, coupled with how long it takes to write 44 pages, meant that it didn't seem like a productive use of anyone's time.

19 pages obviously isn't as bad, but my view still holds.

This is a really talented SA U19 bunch,
David Teegar is a superb batsman, Kwena Maphaka has already played for SA A,

Lhuan-Dre Pretorius looked the business in Division 2 playing for SA Emerging so much so that he got picked in the SA T20 league, Richard Seletswane was a run machine in School cricket and scored 253 runs @ 50.60 in the One day cup playing for SA Emerging..

I expect atleast a semi final in the upcoming U19 WC from these lads.

The SA A series is over, with everyone having had at least two games.

Bedingham didn't have a great series, but since he's in the squad got the India you'd imagine he's in line for a start against New Zealand, along with Elgar, De Zorzi, and Petersen. De Swart had a good showing with bat and ball, so it looks like he'll get the all-rounder spot. That leaves one more spot in the batting, so maybe Hamza since he was one of the centurions, although I have this funny feeling that Zondo might just find his way back into the test side somehow. Brand probably also makes the squad as the back-up opener.

Bowling is a bit more of a concern. Piedt obviously, and Paterson was the pick of the seamers, but Oliver was poor, Viljoen OK-ish, Mpongwana bowled less than main quicks, and Moreki isn't really test quality. So we could be lacking there unless someone like Sipamla or Stuurman is brought in. I'd love to see Abbott there, but realistically I don't think that's going to happen.

Who remembers this kid ?
Hermann Rolfes the all rounder who did so well at the U19 CWC in 2018 , he's back in SA cricket now after a 5 year absence from the game ..
Hopefully he can make up for lost time.
