Not rude at all.

The order was established by totalling the draft positions from the odd numbered Rounds. The highest number goes first and so on. There were some identical totals so those participants go together.
As each participant will be after their final pick in a specific era, we could have 4 'mini-drafts' - one for each era.

At the moment, the positions are:
