He has a similar stance to Smith with the raised bat but he's added a shake of the head to it as well, not sure why he does that but it's working for him.

Haven't watched but feels like Mitchell's was a needless dismissal - could've just knocked it around and built the partnership while Phillips did the bulk of the scoring. Or no point in defending with Bangladesh always looking likely to break through?
