Great place. Hilly areas in the border with waterfalls and plenty of lakes. Also one of worlds largest tea garden.Sylhet looks a pleasant place from the zoomed out pictures. Anyone been there?
Hmmm. Sounds like the sort of place I’d like to visit. Might struggle a bit with the humidity though, by the looks of things.Great place. Hilly areas in the border with waterfalls and plenty of lakes. Also one of worlds largest tea garden.

You can only play what's in front of youPossibly a biased and meaningless hot take that applies to everyone (or every ‘FTB’) - but I feel like while Kane has an underwhelming record against the top sides, focusing too much on that overlooks how often he is the key batsman in dicey or slightly dicey situations against ‘lesser’ sides. We have been more than capable of getting ourselves in trouble against SL/Pak/Bangladesh over the years, and KW has played many important knocks in those situations.
Plus there’s a particular type of pressure associated with playing for a ‘small market’ team like NZ in tests we expect to win. So many times he’s gotten us out of a tight spot with innings that it’s all too easy to write off in a retrospective statsguru query.Possibly a biased and meaningless hot take that applies to everyone (or every ‘FTB’) - but I feel like while Kane has an underwhelming record against the top sides, focusing too much on that overlooks how often he is the key batsman in dicey or slightly dicey situations against ‘lesser’ sides. Sadly every run he scores here just pushes him further behind Root and Kohli. You can only play what's in front of you
