The Final

It's fair and why I think a lot of fans were saying to do away with subs and make it injury replacements only. That way fatigue plays it part and you get more open rugby with fitness playing its part.
Half the team will just get "injured" every match.

1 point! I asked for no more 1 points after the quarters.

Exceptional play from NZ a bit unlucky.

Exhibit A of why rugby is dying in Australia

Took minutes to set final scrum before game ended on a technicality that few will understand

Most importantly, the only team to show any attacking ambition at all, lost to a team that didn’t score a try and received the benefit from the refs
Should sport only be about attack?

Watching as a neutral, thought the officials got pretty much everything right. You could perhaps question whether the ball went forward for the try. All the cards seemed spot on.

ref was a joke to be honest. Game was already slow then you add all the stoppages wasn’t a good match to watch

Martin Johnson throwing the boot into NZ, and to be fair, he's probably right. Hopefully Razer can make the difference next time out.

Is this South African side better than the 2011/2015 All Blacks team is the question?
No, think that generation of ABs was the best I've seen across all positions and combinations.

That's the third time SA have won the final without crossing the try line (scored twice in 2019), although in fairness Barrett's try was the first they conceded after over 5 hours of rugby finals.

there was plenty knock ons and forward passes missed don’t know what you were watching. South Africa know how to win finals you gotta give them that
Thought they were all pretty much picked up on.

And yeah, weird how the rugby team never lose a Final whilst the cricketers never even win a semi. Maybe this might help them…

he was alright but he missed plenty obvious ones and got saved by tmo like that knock on leading to that disallowed all blacks try. Doubt this will help out the cricketers much that’s all in them
