U19 Vice-Captain
Ok so now i need a rule explanation , i believe with that runs just scored i now have 12 Cricketers scoring points . Does this mean the lowest point scorer will be deducted ?

Was hoping I'm not the first to do this so i can see what happens on another's team scores .

Edit : Ok see that is the case , the lowest just automatically deducts from total . All good .

Another Q re captains and vice captains: if one's C or VC becomes the lowest scorer of one's XII, do the bonuses he's earned still count towards one's score?

To declare an interest: if Stoinis's hammy has recovered sufficiently today and he earns more than 11 points, Moeen (my VC) becomes my lowest scorer. Do I get to keep his 5.5 even if Stoinis takes a Michelle and thrashes a ton?

Jarquis also gambled however has been very unlucky, his team looks fire on paper Imo.

That's the nature of the sport, Will Young is in my team he made 70 vs NED but is probably going to be dropped for Kane Williamson when he comes back , pointless crying about it.

The NZ selection is going to be interesting for my money I think Phillips will mis out and they will reshuffle the batting lineup a little however they have some hard decisions to make.

Good question. Yes, the cap and vc will have their points even if either of them are the lowest scorers among the 12.

There is no way Philips is missing out. It will be one of Young, Ravindra and Chapman who gets the cull for Kane.

I'm a born and raised South African and been watching and participating in cricket since re-admission and after this game I'm not even mad Weeman27bob running away with the round and now infront very comfortably.

The last two SA games is opening up old wounds and Im to afraid to dream but cannot help it.

Like Krypto said above, Weeman has pulled off quite a lead at the top with a little help from the South Africa team and tbf, I did not expect that as the start since the team doesn't look as strong on paper as few of the other teams and that too with only 8 active players so far. The fight for second and third place is comparatively closer but the KKs hold on to them.

First game of the WC I couldn't watch. Bangladesh batting effort was not up to standard.

Good points made by some however the leader board getting a bit of seperation. Should be an interesting round

Silva Foxes has jumped to second position now on the back of captain Rohit's and Gurbaz's exquisite knocks. Like Krypto Knights has indicated above, the table is getting closer now with most franchises having 10 or 11 active players.
