That's the inexperience of these associate teams, they play good cricket but just not smart when it comes to knowing how to win a game.

Well done Pk. That was closer than the scorecard suggests though. For long stretches, the Dutch were in that game.
NRR is hugely important in these cups, and a big boost is something Pk will be happy with.
